How does payment work?
When you book, we securely authorize the amount through Stripe — a hold, not a charge. We only capture (actually charge) it once your clean is complete. Your card details never touch our website.
Can I save my card for next time?
Yes — check "save my card" at checkout and Stripe securely stores it for faster future bookings. We never see or store your card number.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your arrival window — the hold is released and you pay nothing. Inside 12 hours, or for a no-show, a cancellation fee applies (25% of the job, minimum $50) to cover the reserved slot. Full details on our cancellation page.
Do you really do last-minute and same-day?
Yes — that's our specialty. Book online and we'll confirm availability fast, usually within 30 minutes during business hours. For very short notice, calling is quickest.
What areas do you serve?
We serve communities across California. Enter your address when booking, or contact us to confirm we cover your area.
Do you bring supplies? Are eco-friendly products available?
We bring everything needed. Prefer green products? Add "eco-friendly products" at checkout for +$35.
How is the price calculated?
Each service has a base price plus a per-room, per-area, or per-hour amount, with optional add-ons. The booking tool shows your exact total before you pay — no surprises.
